It’s super high quality with incredible crystal formation and rainbows throughout the piece. Looking closely at the points reveals a few golden goethite inclusions and a spot of calcite, adding a subtle depth to the clarity of the amethyst layers.

The purple takes on different shades depending on how the light hits it, ranging from lavender to royalty colors. I love that the edges are raw and how the amethyst protrudes around them. What I love most is that it’s self-standing. Including the cool off-kilter angle I put it in for some of the pictures.
