This here Tourmaline though, partner, ain’t your typical crumbly type. This is a really high quality Schorl, which is a sub-type of Black Tourmaline.

And I mean high-quality. These tumbles gleam and many contain really cool looking pink and white patches, likely feldspar, that you don’t see a lot in tumbled tourmaline.

Black Tourmaline transmutes bad energy, making it a really useful stone of protection and grounding. I know a lot of readers who keep Black Tourmaline on them during readings. It’s a great stone to grid your house with as well.
