Not so coincidentally, I shaped this piece to be huggable. Well, about as huggable as a stone can be. It’s a stone of loving-kindness and promotes surrender and acceptance.
Lepidolite’s mental health prowess is due primarily to its high lithium content. Industrially it is one of the main ores used for lithium batteries, and lithium derived from lepidolite is used as a mood-stabilizing drug to treat conditions like bipolar disorder.
