Turquoise (Tibet)
Few stones have as rich of a cross-cultural importance as Turquoise. Its gorgeous blue hues and speckled matrix have weaved it into jewelry, noble, and spiritual importance and it’s become a stone that holds its value from an energetic and monetary standpoint. It’s know to attract luck and wisdom.
It’s also easy to fake; it’s common to see dyed Howlite or Magnesite sold as Turquoise.
Turquoise is one of my main go-to stones to wear for protection and I feel protective spirits gather closer when I wear it.
This Tibetan Turquoise is of phenomenal quality. Incredibly vibrant and deep, it’s also a great heart-centered stone.
Note that this has been stabilized. Turquoise is a very soft sedimentary stone and it’s almost always stabilized to prevent it from crumbling.
