Vesuvianite (Idocrase) Large Tumbled Stones
A close relative of Garnet, Vesuvianite is named after Mount Vesuvius in Italy, where it was first found. Being a fairly brittle stone, it’s not common to find high quality ones like this in tumble-ish form. These aren’t really tumbles, but I don’t know what to call them - columns? Thumbs?
It’s a stone of self-awareness, particularly around healing. It can help highlight the opportunities around you to heal and grow. These are really nice pieces, and I only have 3 of them.
